The first time I met Hawa was in the UC Blue Ash Admissions Office. She was giving a prospective student tour, I was sitting at the front desk and she walked in with the biggest smile. She is so full of energy and her smile is contagious. Ever since I became a Student Ambassador she has been so welcoming towards me and very encouraging. It is such a joy working with her!

While getting to know Hawa I learned so many interesting things about her! She is an economics major with a minor in international relations. She would like to use her degree to work for the economic branch of the White House or for the United Nations. She enjoys reading about current events, skating, playing piano, and playing guitar. She absolutely LOVES Angelina Jolie!! Her favorite music genre is jazz. She is such a fun person to spend time with.

Hawa has such a bright future! She is such a driven person that I see her achieving any goal she sets for herself. I hope to continue getting to know her throughout our Student Ambassador journey.
